I took a short trip to the Lake District in late November 2019 and made the trip to one of my favourite places in Keswick on the shores of Derwentwater.
I arrived around dusk at the jetties near the Keswick boat launch and managed to get some shots across Derwentwater to the mountains beyond.
I wasn’t sure what I was going to get in terms of sunsets as there was a lot of cloud over the lake but this broke just enough to let some light through and give some good effects with the clouds giving additional character to the scene.
